COMMUNITY SPORT
GRASSINGTON BOWLS AND PETANQUE CLUE
The bowling green, is situated in the beautiful village of Grassington and is adjacent to the Yorkshire Dales National Park car park on Hebden Road in Grassington.
New pentanque court now available for hire. Why not join Grassington Bowls & Pentanque Club now and try out the new all year round petanque court.
Open 7 days a week 2pm – 4pm from April to the end of September you will find a warm and friendly welcome awaits anyone wishing to join in and play. It’s a great relaxing game for all, offering health, fun and social benefits to both experienced bowlers and novices. Whether you are young or not so young all you need is a pair of flat shoes. Bowls and all necessary equipment is provided.
Discreet tuition can be given to prospective and new members if required. We can offer you a slot so you can have the green to yourself.
If you are a more experienced bowler and enjoy a bit of competition we hold individual and doubles competitions as well as having a team that plays in the Skipton & Craven League.

Annual Subscription
- Members also get the benefit of a reduced fee parking permit from April – September for £20
Pavillion & Green Hire
- + £3 per head attending, includes tea/coffee and biscuits
- Use of the green, equipment and the Pavilion with its tea/coffee making facilities and toilets.
Monthly Draw
- or £1.00 per month.
