The Friday Hub is part of the Craven Mental Health & Wellbeing Hubs network.

The cafe takes place at Church House the second and last Friday of every month.  1pm – 4pm.

At the second Friday of each month there is light chair based exercise, jigsaws, board games and a community art project. Our community art project is run by local artist Carine Brosse, who is using felting techniques with our guests to create a banner for Pride in the Dales.

At the last Friday of each month we have jigsaws, board games, scrabble, newspapers and more. Artist Karen Hood works with guests to create art works in different mediums.

Hot drinks and biscuits are provided, and its all free of charge.

Funding comes from the Transforming Community Mental Health Craven (VCS) programme, Two Ridings Foundation, and recently a generous donation of cash and resources from Grassington Friendship Group
